Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Tips:
1. Can connect to TV, and let TV's sound playing in ceiling speakers at the AUX connection terminal by audio cable, can not directly connect to your TV by bluetooth if your TV's bluetooth is only one-way link.
2. The difference between models BT64 and BT54 is the difference in appearance, BT64 is a narrow-sided ceiling speaker, BT54 is a wide frame ceiling speaker.
3. The Master speaker needs to be connected to the Slave speaker through a speaker cable, the newly added TWS function can realize the interconnection of up to two Bluetooth master speakers. The distance across the glass is limited to 10 meters. If it is a thick wall, the distance is limited to 7-8 meters.
4. Please note that the Bluetooth name is SURPASS, the password is 1688, if you do not need the password pairing or want to connect Bluetooth TV, intelligent voice assistant and other devices through Bluetooth, please contact customer service to change before placing an order.
5. We can customize your Bluetooth name and password according to your needs. The password requires 4 digits (except 0000). If you need to modify it, please make a note after placing the order in advance or contact customer service, otherwise we will send it according to the default Bluetooth name and password.
6. We have EU/UK/US/AU plug for different country, please make a note to us for the plug type you need, if not, we will send according to the normally know plug of your country.
7. The back shape mold of this speaker has been revised, the old and new versions will be send randomly. So the shape of the back will be a little different, but it does not affect the function and installation size of the speaker.
